This Panther kit is really turning out to be a fun project. Assembly of the airframe was almost perfect. A little filler was used on the leading edges of the wings in a few spots, and also where the forward part of the wing assembly joined the fuselage. I also gave the seams along the nose a super glue filler treatment just to make sure there were no “ghost seams”.
Paint is Vallejo Model Air for the sea blue, and a mix of Tamiya XF-80 and XF-16 for the Coroguard areas. Some post-shading and fading were dome with lighter and darker shades of blue.
Next up is some paint chipping, a gloss coat, and then decals.
