The Russian aviation builds continue

I’m continuing to do some World War II Russian fighter kits, following on the heels of a couple of Airacobras and MiG-3 kits. No, I’ve not given up on Spitfires… just exploring other parts of history for a while.

I’ve built the Eduard La-7 kit before, and quite enjoyed it. My son has built the Yak-3, and it looked to be a pretty nice kit. Both will be plastic only- no photoetch additions.

I like the look of both of these kits. Not too many parts, logical breakdown, but nicely detailed. Should be fun!
